As Bar Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for most of our guests predominantly in our Vista Bar Cafe. Your role will be to welcome guests from all over the world with a friendly smile and exceptional service. You will work closely with your team mates to ensure that together each shift is smooth and efficient and deliver the best possible guest experience every time.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with our diverse team to uphold brand standards and deliver exceptional guest service.
- Ensure a seamless and enjoyable stay for each guest, addressing any issues promptly.
- Extend a warm welcome to guests during brunch, lunch, dinner and events service.
- Execute 'shift procedures' diligently, maintaining a smart image and adhering to all safety protocols.
- Demonstrate effective communication within the team and across departments.
- Embrace flexibility with 6-8 hour shifts, requiring a minimum commitment of 4 hours per week.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and licensing laws, and other protocols for the well-being of guests and staff.
- Fixed-term contract from May 2024 to September 2024, with potential for further opportunities.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Aged 18 +
- Previous experience in hospitality/food and beverage environments, showcasing initiative.
- Reputation for delivering outstanding service and fostering a positive work environment.
- Commitment to a weekly rota, including weekends and shift work.
- Enthusiasm and a dedication to excellence are essential.
- Experience in a bar environment will be an advantage.
- Valid right to work in the UK.
