A day in the life of…

As Front Office Manager you will lead the Front Office operation, always ensuring the delivery of an exceptional guest experience and ensuring all customer enquiries and requests for bookings are dealt with promptly, courteously, and efficiently, always achieving the best revenue streams. you will also oversee all recruitment and continual development of the front office team ensuring departmental objectives for the team are set and feedback is provided on a regular basis.

Based in the Alliance Palace you will be part of a team of passionate people who know that being the best doesn’t always mean working around the clock. "Alliance Palace" is an apart-hotel in the wonderful city of Batumi - here you will find everything you need for a comfortable stay. What do we need from you?

To be successful in this role, you will be passionate about providing an exceptional guest experience and living through our brand standards.

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Front Office environment at management level, preferably within a hotel
  • Knowledge of Central Reservations Systems
  • Experience of working within structured team environment and able to demonstrate effective influencing skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Highly motivated, enthusiastic and good team player.
  • Experience managing and developing a team
